I founded by chance the Underground Film Festival which started in Vevey in the year 1996 named “The Wilde Wild World of Underground Cinema”, curated by Patrick Bühler. I later organized a Nick Zedd retrospective and in 1998 I directed “Les Nuits Underground” in close collaboration with the New York Underground Film Festival. It finally became the Underground film Festival in the year 2000. In 2002 the festival moved to Lausanne where it became the Lausanne Underground Film Festival, known as the LUFF today. I stop being involved with the project in 2003. The Festival is now a consolidated cultural event of Switzerland for film, experimental cinema and noise music. It gathers around ten thousand spectators every year.

Funde un poco por casualidad el Festival de Cine Underground que tuvo lugar por primera vez en Vevey en el año 1996 con el nombre de "The Wilde Wild World of Underground Cinema", curado por Patrick Bühler, más tarde organicé una retrospectiva de Nick Zedd y en 1998 dirigí "Les Nuits Underground" en estrecha colaboración con el Festival de Cine Underground de Nueva York. Finalmente se convirtió en el Festival de Cine Underground en el año 2000. En 2002 el festival se trasladó a Lausana donde se convirtió en el Festival de Cine Underground de Lausana, conocido como el LUFF hoy, deje de involucrarme con el proyecto en el 2003. El Festival es hoy un evento cultural consolidado de Suiza para el cine alternativo y experimental, así como para música Noise. Congrega a unos diez mil espectadores cada año.

j’ai fondé, un peu par hasard, le Festival du film underground qui a débuté à Vevey en 1996 sous le nom de “The Wilde Wild World of Underground Cinema”, sous la direction de Patrick Bühler. J’ai ensuite organisé une rétrospective Nick Zedd et en 1998 j’ai mis sur pied "Les Nuits Underground" en étroite collaboration avec le New York Underground Film Festival. Ce festival est finalement devenu le Underground film Festival en l'an 2000. En 2002, le festival a déménagé à Lausanne où il est devenu le Festival du film underground de Lausanne, connu aujourd'hui sous le nom de LUFF. J’ai cessé mon engagement avec le projet en 2003. Le Festival est maintenant un événement culturel suisse consolidé pour le cinéma alternatif et expérimental, ainsi que pour la musique bruitiste. Il rassemble environ dix mille spectateurs chaque année.
